After a gruelling week of hard work and sweat and tears, we have finally finished. The last day is done and the venue is now just a hollow shell that once housed beautiful clothing and beautiful people. It's sad but just shows that fashion is so quick. One day it's there, then the next day it's gone. Until next year when we can sweat and cry and work our asses off all over again.
We had KTZ and Sado show with us today. I had never heard of KTZ before today but they have been around since 2005. The buzz backstage for this show was great. The collection is quite London club kid but a little bit too 'trying to be out there' for me. The use of foil like material just didn't cut it for me. Although I am quite interested to know how the hell they got those little pieces of hair to stick up so attentitively! The music was pretty cool for the show though. I really don't like it when designers who don't have an amazingly strong collection use models that are 'normal, everyday people'. It just looks messy. The boys from KTZ decided to use a couple of boxers in the show which could've looked pretty cool...but it just didn't.
Sado's show was really lovely. It was a VERY buyer friendly collection. Didn't break any moulds but it was just a really nice summer collection. I can imagine with buyers it will really sell well. I LOVED the hair in the show. The side top bun is EVERYWHERE in London right now.

I am so ridiculously tired but we pushed through to party the night away in celebration of finishing the week. It was amazing and I have met some incredible people and have been lucky enough to get an internship with the beautiful designer Georgia Hardinge out of this. I will be working in her studio in Shoreditch in February in preparation for her show in the AW 2010 fashion week. The excitement of this season still continues. Thankyou for reading my ramblings and I hope you got just a little bit of the whole heap of joy I had in doing this.
ps. Check out this guys beautiful watch and jewellery. He's a jeweller but I stupidly didn't get any of his details. INCREDIBLE.
Here's the last round up.
