The Heart of Brisbane
The map of Brisbane is a bit of a pun. Resembling a beating, human heart the iconic Brisbane river runs through the centre like a main artery.
Main roads and rivers branch out of the vital organ, similar to the way Brisbane city functions; with the suburbs and roads an extension of the river.
