With their store inundated by water in the 2011 Brisbane floods, Nick and Ben Chiu relocated the renowned Apartment into a new space, so they could once again demonstrate their eagle eye for male fashion. If you could extract cool and inject it into a store, Apartment would be the result. The refreshing and brighter space reflects and translates individuality to cater for their niche market of clientele. Apartment opposes chain stores and stocks labels which aren’t available through the click of a button on an online store. Originally opened from a love affair with New York City and inspired by Tokyo street-wear, Apartment is for those men in the know with an appreciation for taste, creativity and personality.
