Our very own Abbey Lee took a secret tumble in the Rodarte show in New York on the cross shaped runway. Rodarte’s infamous towering, chunky platform heels proved trouble for the Brisbane model, from what we could see she lived to tell the tale and being an Aussie we’re sure she laughed it off afterwards.

Two models fell over in the Prada show and it wasn’t because of the dangerously eccentric creations the power fashion house pumped out this spring – the shoes were teeteringly high as the models sashayed down the fish decorated runway, only to tumble and be helped to their feet by members of the audience. Eventually the models wised up and strutted their stuff down the runway bare foot with shoes (and dignity) in hand.
