Brisbane City is constantly evolving as a creative hub alongside the bustling creative minds that posses it. Frock Paper Scissors has contributed this evolution over its course of existence, spanning the past 13 years. This video aims to communicate visually how Frock Paper Scissors has effected Brisbane’s actuality throughout the duration of its existence. A retrospective interpretation of how a creative, community project can add such vigour, inspiration and beauty to a city that already has so much to offer.
